Professional Experience

Since 1972, Mr. Denman has been actively engaged in all phases of surveying and mapping in Florida. As a principal in an engineering and land surveying firm for more than 30 years, he has specialized in public and private development projects ranging from small residential surveys to the largest planned unit development in Alachua County.

Mr. Denman currently serves as project surveyor under contract to Alachua County, Gainesville Regional Utilities and Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Airport Authority. He has also served as project surveyor under contract to the City of Gainesville, and the School Board of Alachua County.

Areas of Expertise

Mr. Denman has been qualified as an expert witness in both land surveying and aviation matters and has given testimony in several court cases involving boundary line disputes, errors in surveys performed by others, and aviation accident cases.

Mr. Denman is also an accomplished underground utility locator using electronic detection equipment and ground penetrating radar.
